A note from the studio
I work between the stage and the body — between what is built, and what moves through it.
I am Josepha, a Berlin-based artist, teacher and creative director. My practice grew out of a childhood spent in theatre and ballet — the Conservatoire de Paris, teachers from the Paris Opera, the discipline of Tanzabitur in Essen, and the freedom of modern dance in Madrid.
Today I teach dance, yoga and Pilates, choreograph for theatre and film, and design stages. Each discipline informs the others. The result is a single, careful question: how do we hold space for beauty?
